There is no difference in method of pursuing classical music and attaining Laya yoga or Raja yoga. But it is difficult to find that relatedness without the help of a right Guru (men-tor). Though if one is able to find the linkage of classical music with yoga or the linkage of yoga with classical music, both these execution will become much easier.

It is in this book that Acharya Sanjay enlightened his fellow readers over this particular point. The linkages, however, cannot be transferred via text. One needs to burn a candle at both ends to acquire that mastery.

However, if there is no knowledge or understanding regarding any theoretical or practical practice, it is nothing but a complete waste of time and effort in the name of riyaz or prac-tice. Well, this booklet is very much about that particular knowledge. His philosophy, sonusism, science of better living has made every paragraph of this book beneficial for the aspiring students of music, yoga and every other soul irrespective of their age, wisdom, experience.

My special thanks to Mr Ashoke Chatterjee, a genuine Sonusist and an experienced writer of English language. He has already rendered hundreds of Bengali articles into English written by different authors throughout more than last thirty years. Here he has rendered the original Bengali article ( Sangeet Sikkharrhir Shakti Sadhana) writen by Acharya Sanjay during the 1st decade of this century.

I do apologize for the printing ghosts which do always make their room naturally even after utmost care upto any extent. Thanks and regards to all of you
